even when the world around you is in turmoil
remember that you need to stay centerd
if not for you self then for those who depend
on you going about business like normal
even when the world is falling to peices.

even if you say that no one depends on
you that is not true every one has someone
who needs to see you smile, see you being strong
or hell needs to see you just being you no matter who
you are if any thing even you need to see some one acting
strong even if it is obiovs that they are lying like dogs you need
